Karen's educational background includes a BS in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University and a Masters degree in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University. Having worked extensively with clients in financial services, legal and accounting professions, health care, government, and non-profit organizations, Karen has taught management and performance topics as well as Myers-Briggs, computer skills and diversity.

Lynn brings a wealth of experience to our programs with a background in industry management. She has a BS in Mathematics as well as a Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma. Lynn has trained in Advanced Management, EEO/AAP, Diversity, and other management and leadership topics. Her company, Weber Consulting has provided essential training on organizational development, grant writing, and other topics to a large number of corporate and government clients.

Karen's company provides training for a wide variety of commercial and government clients in communication skills, stress management, personal and professional development, and image impact. Karen's BS degree in Merchandising and Retail Marketing from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science has enabled her to share how enthusiasm and sales techniques work in business environments. She is also a dynamic speaker whose previous experience includes facilitating Fred Pryor Seminars.

Dick, President and owner of Xpertec, Inc., has provided training for the U.S. Postal Service and corporate clients since 1992. He leads seminars on a variety of topics, including leadership, workplace violence, customer service, and was involved with the Advanced Management Program. Dick holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Park College, Parkville, MO., with graduate studies in Organizational Development.
