The National Center for Employee Development (NCED) is a corporate business management and technology school
located on a 65 acre campus in Norman, Oklahoma. Our popular General Business Management curriculum consists
of 17 courses focused on common business topics and issues of importance to supervisors, managers and professionals.
All courses are delivered on campus and range in length from 3 to 5 days.
Our business curriculum courses are grouped to facilitate skills development in key professional areas. Supervisor
training courses address the fundamental and intermediate skills important to new and experienced supervisors.
Management training courses build on supervisory skills, while introducing the critical skills and techniques that
make great managers and leaders. Balancing out our curriculum are time honored courses on improving performance, problem
solving, project management team building and time management.
