Welcome to the National Center for Employee Development (NCED), featuring a world-class training facility, hotel, and conference center located in America's Heartland, Norman, Oklahoma.

NCED offers training to agencies and business groups from across the nation.  The extensive use of high-technology and computerized equipment in all areas of business creates opportunities to meet the continuing needs for advanced technical training and job-proficiency training for any work force.  The Center also delivers and hosts general courses on management and leadership, business-mail management, and various programs for both postal and business clients.  The National Center for Employee Development delivers beyond its resident classrooms through its national distance learning networks, including field (on-site) training, eLearning development, instructor-led training via the “virtual classroom”, and video production capabilities.  Click on the <training>, <enroll>, or <custom training> tabs for more information about training.
