Teamwork Through Leadership 8 Hours
Description
This program is designed to refine courage and creativity in your organization's environment utilizing principles from conflict resolution to custom designed solutions for issues in specific organizations. This course is taught by Certified Training Facilitators, using activities within the context of an organization's mission to affect the desired change with the group or organization. A portion of this course is held outdoors on the Ropes adventure course. Since a portion of the training takes place outdoors, participants are asked to bring comfortable clothing that is appropriate for the current season (i.e. shorts for summer, hats and gloves for winter). Students may want to bring cameras and video equipment to take pictures.
Learning Outcome
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate good listening skills by performing tasks in an interactive environment.
- Demonstrate communication skills by participating in initiatives designed to create safe and civil interactions while accomplishing the activity's goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while accomplishing short-term objectives that are placed in the context of your teams work environment.
Target Audience
Any person or organization interested in enhancing their team-building and communication skills.
Course Completion Requirements
Passing this course requires the student to: attend all training days and participate in all required tasks.
