  • Explain in detail the procedure of applying a roof membrane.
  • Identify the different types of roof decks.
  • Describe the construction of the different types of decks.
  • Identify roof related components and list their uses and values.
  • List the causes of common roof problems.
  • Describe the remedies for common roof problems.
  • Explain the methods of roof repair for common roof problems, short term and long term.
  • Describe in detail the procedures in conducting a roof inspection.
  • Perform a roof inspection on a designated building.
