Military
Most military training camps have, in history, used low and high element assault courses to fine tune stamina, strength conditioning and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions. The National Center for Employee Development offers many different low and high element options to military groups.
Our low course can build teamwork whilst enforcing a high level of stress on the participants to produce results. Our facilitators can (after a needs analysis) produce curriculum for military groups, or we have the ability to rent out our course to military groups and supply a facilitator that will act as a safety advisor only. This allows military groups to provide their own curriculum and lead their participants in the direction that they feel is appropriate.
NCED also offers a high level ropes course to military groups. Again, we can provide curriculum or simply act as safety specialists for an incoming group. The high elements can allow a group to grow trust in challenging situations, produce teamwork, push the limits of individuals, broach the challenging subject of internal conflict management and most importantly provide a different (external) environment to learn in.
