Description
The Executive Mail Center Manager course is for an individual who wishes to emphasize their professionalism in Mail Center Management. This course will give participants the guidance necessary to boost productivity, increase efficiency, maximize the use of leading-edge technology and enhance results for their department and company. This course covers nine key operational areas: • People Management • Sales, Marketing, and Quality • Managing Mail Center Operations • Managing Mail Center Finances • Mail Center Safety and Security • Planning and Managing Technology • Tool and resources • Basic Mail Design

Learning Outcome
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Identify and utilize various tools in nine key operational areas, People Management, Sales and Marketing, Managing Mail Center Operations, Managing Mail Center Finances, Mail Center Safety and Security, Planning and Managing Technology, Tool and Resources, and Quality Management.
