This Value Stream Mapping (VSM) course teaches the method of an end-to end approach to minimize waste and resource usage by examining the production flow from raw material into the arms of the customers. The VSM tool is grounded in scientific methodologies which provide you with a standardized approach to see the sources of waste in your value streams.

This course focuses on managing tools to tap into the discretionary effort of those around us. Using the information and tools presented, you can evolve new or disillusioned learners into peak performers, allowing the team to accomplish more with less. The goal is to move individuals on your team into self-reliant achievers. Surrounding yourself with confident and motivated team members releases energy into the workforce and reduces stress allowing you more time to lead rather than supervise.

This 4 hour program is designed to refine courage and creativity in your organization's environment utilizing principles from conflict resolution to custom designed solutions for issues in specific organizations. This course is taught by Certified Training Facilitators, using activities within the context of an organization's mission to affect the desired change with the group or organization. A portion of this course is held outdoors on the Ropes adventure course.
